yoni steaming, body love ritual

somatic trauma release tools, boundaries exploration
day 6:
anatomy of the womb and self massage practice
day 7:
temascal plant bath and womb massage, 1:1 consultations
day 8:
closing fire ceremony w/ abuelas
yoga or breathwork every day
